I have a hp7000 series printer. Very happy with it but like most printers today it and it's manual gives little information on paper jams etc. you have to lift the printer to get to an undisclosed tab to release a jam. Also difficult to clear queue that is at printer level. Switching off/on doesn't always do the needful...
